- The organizations renew their commitment with 15 new Digitalízate training resources focused on building knowledge related to green hydrogen production and synthetic fuels
- In less than a year, the training covered by the collaboration agreement between the two organizations has attracted more than 2,000 learners interested in these topics
After nearly a year of working together to develop talent, Moeve and Fundación Estatal para la Formación en el Empleo (Fundae) are strengthening their alliance with the launch of a new set of energy transition training resources through the Digitalízate platform. These 15 new courses are completely free and open to everyone, focusing on providing an understanding of the full green hydrogen and synthetic fuels value chain. They are online, flexible, and already available.
In total, Moeve now offers 27 courses designed to contribute to knowledge and training in new energy solutions. These new training courses are delivered in a short-form multimedia format, with content designed to adapt to the learning needs of all potential learners, who can revisit the materials as many times as they wish in both Spanish and English.
“Public-private collaboration is a winning combination because it makes us stronger. Together with Fundae, we have enabled a large number of learners to access content related to high-demand professions in an easy and flexible way. The results have encouraged us to expand and deepen our commitment to these future-focused skills, which will add value to hundreds of careers”.
Bettina Karsch, Executive Vice President of People, Organization & Culture at Moeve.
Antonio de Luis Acevedo, Managing Director of Fundae, added: “We remain committed to ensuring that no one is left behind in the energy transition. Through Digitalízate, and partnerships such as the one we are expanding today with Moeve, we continue moving forward on this path.”
Moeve and Fundae’s commitment to employability, digitalization, and continuous learning in high-demand sectors, such as those related to green molecules, is aligned with the energy company’s goals of achieving a better future that leaves no one behind in a demanding and constantly evolving labor market.
Moeve places people at the center of its Positive Motion strategy, with the ambition of actively helping them gain the training and skills they need to successfully address the challenges of the energy transition. The company promotes access to knowledge and the development of new skills to build a more competitive and sustainable energy model through initiatives that bring this learning closer to society, enabling more and more people to understand, participate in, and be part of the shift toward the energy future.
