- The awarded project optimizes logistics management and improves the experience of customers, suppliers, and employees, all thanks to the real-time traceability of supplies
- The award was presented by His Majesty King Felipe VI in the presence of the Minister of Industry and Tourism, Jordi Hereu, during the National Industry Congress in Bilbao
Moeve received the Bien Hecho en España National Industry Award for Environmental, Social and Governance Impact at the 8th National Industry Congress. The award, presented by His Majesty King Felipe VI, and in the presence of the Minister of Industry and Tourism, Jordi Hereu, recognizes the contribution of the Track and Trace project developed by the company, which improves the experience of the entire value chain in its chemical products business.
‘Track and Trace’ is a modular and scalable digital tool that is compatible with external systems and is designed to support the logistics operations of Moeve's chemical business across different transport modes. It enables complete visibility by developing hyperconnected logistics, integrating all players throughout the logistics chain. Customers have access to real-time information about their orders, employees have greater control over each procedure, and transport providers have more information at their disposal. In this way, Moeve guarantees compliance with the highest service quality standards, and also ensures that the company's chemical products are handled in a safe and responsible manner.
Elena Alcalde, Director of Supply Chain and Purchasing at Moeve Chemicals, received the award on behalf of the company.
“Track and Trace has allowed us to refine our logistics procedures through the use of advanced technologies that ensure traceability and guarantee the transparency and operational efficiency of the system. A tool like this allows us to maintain continuous improvement of the value chain, always in sync with suppliers and customers. We are extremely proud that the Ministry of Industry has also recognized this.”
