In Moeve we have established programs to guarantee the reality and effectiveness of the right to equal opportunities between women and men. In this line, the entry into force of the Equality Act has promoted the normalization of this matter.
We are aware of and celebrate the diversity that prevails in today's society because we work with teams in different markets, made up of people of different genders, cultures, ages and abilities, so we want to promote a more balanced presence and contribution of women in all areas of Moeve.

At Moeve we have an Equality Plan that promotes and ensures that equality between men and women becomes effective. In addition, we have a general procedure for investigating complaints of moral, sexual and gender-based harassment in order to guarantee the appropriate, objective and confidential treatment of any complaints that may be filed for this reason.
Likewise, in order to disseminate our commitment in this area, at Moeve we have prepared a document on the company's position on equality, which has been distributed to all contractors and suppliers.
