The Diversity and Inclusion Program was created with the aim of implementing specific company-wide initiatives around Diversity and Inclusion.
We foster inclusive environments where everyone can develop their potential, regardless of their origin, culture, physical condition and gender, etc.
Our target is to involve all our staff, particularly our leaders. We want them to be the drivers of change and to be able to create challenging and inclusive environments that foster diversity within teams.
Program objectives
Our approach to diversity places special focus on five elements: gender, different capabilities, generational and cultural differences, LGTBI. We have also set ourselves specific objectives for each element of the program:
Gender
We want to promote a more equal presence of, and contribution by, women across all areas of Cepsa. Objective: 30% of leadership positions to be held by women by 2025.
Different capabilities
Our goal is to create an environment that encourages the inclusion of people with disabilities at our company. Objective: 2% increase in the number of staff with reduced functional mobility by 2024.
Generational differences
We want to encourage the transfer of knowledge and foster collaboration between the different generations that coexist at Cepsa. Since 2019, Cepsa has adhered to the Code of Generational Diversity Principles established by the Observatorio de Generación y Talento (generation and talent observatory).
Cultural differences
Our aim is to create a greater diversity of experience, as well as to facilitate integration and understanding between the different cultures and nationalities that coexist at our company.
LGTBI
We want to show our commitment to fostering an inclusive environment in which the talent of our employees is valued regardless of their identity, gender expression or sexual orientation.
