• Object: To develop, in Spain and abroad, all kinds of extraction, industrial, commercial, service, corporate, or promotional activities related primarily to oil and other hydrocarbons in solid, liquid, or gaseous state; to oil products, petrochemicals, chemicals, and other derivative, compound, or synthetic materials; to all types of mineral or hydrocarbon deposits, underground structures, rocks, and geological or mineral resources; and, on a complementary basis, to any other raw materials, substances, products, energy, or waste that are related, connected, substitute, derived, complementary, or associated with the above.The Company also carries out the above activities through the incorporation of or ownership of shares in other companies with similar or identical corporate purposes.
