Robin Mooldijk joins Moeve as Chief Operations Officer and will take leadership of the TPS area, with the exception of TDS, which will move to the Finance function. This marks the beginning of the process of building and integrating the future Operations organization.
Robin brings more than 30 years of experience in the energy sector and an extensive international track record. He joins from Shell, where he spent much of his professional career and most recently served as President of Projects & Technology and a member of the Executive Committee. Throughout his career, he has led global teams and organizations across industrial operations, major projects, technology, refining, and chemicals.
His arrival comes at a pivotal moment for Moeve as we continue to advance Positive Motion and take further steps toward delivering our transformation.
As COO, Robin will lead the new Operations Directorate, which will be fully established and operational from January 1, following the completion of this transition phase.
The new area will focus on driving the safe, efficient, and competitive management of our industrial assets, as well as the execution of new projects. Robin’s experience will be particularly valuable in strengthening our execution capabilities and supporting our ambition to become a European benchmark in the production of green molecules.
