Mr. Matteo Vaglio

Prior to joining the company in 2021, he was a partner at McKinsey, the global strategy consulting firm, which he joined in 2003 and where he worked for companies in different industries in a variety of countries, such as Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Turkey, and Brazil, focusing on the areas of transformation and change management, organization, and strategy.

Throughout his career, he has participated in a number of transformation and restructuring plans, holding executive positions such as General Manager, Chief Transformation Officer, and Chief Restructuring Officer.

Matteo Vaglio holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Bocconi University of Milan and an MBA from the Business Institute of Madrid.
