Project HDA-1 Unit modification for Solvents production
With the modification we have done, we are able to produce Solvents in the Paraffin Hidrodearomatization Unit while reducing energy consumption.
How we do it?
Based on our Paraffin Hidrodearomatization Unit, HDA-1, a multidisciplinary team, formed by our own staff and by external companies, has installed not only new equipment but also has modified existent ones to adequate the unit to Solvents production process, maintaining the ability to perform its original function, the Paraffin Hidrodearomatization.
The result
With the modifications performed, our HDA unit will be able to produce solvent while reducing our natural gas consumptions and CO2 emissions and keeping our dearomatized Paraffin production.
