Ten-step guide for suppliers
- To become a Moeve supplier register in our purchasing platform Moeve Sourcing & Suppliers through the Reserved Area.
- Complete your registration at Moeve Suppliers and once validated as a supplier you will be able to participate in our purchasing process.
- You can only be a successful bidder in our purchasing processes when you have a valid registration or are approved by Moeve.
- We have integrated sustainability into our decision making through the ESG Rating of suppliers. To this end, we have developed an ESG scoring system.
- Upon registration and by participating in the purchasing processes, you accept both Moeve's General Contracting Conditions and the Suppliers' Code of Ethics.
- If you have been invited to participate in a tender or auction, you can do so through the C2S procurement platform to ensure that the process is transparent.
- You will have access to the conditions and technical specifications of tenders and auctions on the C2S platform. You can resolve any concerns through the platform in the "Messages Area," available in each RFP. Remember this is the only channel of contact with us during the procurement process.
- You must submit your technical and economic bids separately in the corresponding envelope. You will not be able to submit them through any other channel or deliver them to our employees outside of the C2S platform. The technical bids may not contain any price or economic conditions.
- Please note that we reserve the right to reject the winning bid or exclude the supplier from a process if they do not meet the established criteria or do not respect Moeve's conditions.
- If you are the winner in a process, it does not mean that you will be awarded directly. You must wait to finalize everything agreed upon in a contract or order, so under no circumstances will supplies or services performed prior to formalization be reimbursed.

- Use the communication channels we provide you with so that our communication is fluid and efficient.
- Participate in the bidding process in a transparent way and follow the guidelines and indications that we give you all along the procurement process.
- Act proactively so that we can both meet our economic and operational objectives.
- If there is an incident, participate actively to resolve it.
- Try to collaborate by providing all the necessary and more suitable resources.
- Make innovative proposals, they will be welcome and considered. For instance, improvements to products and services, that allow to lower costs and to maximize energy efficiency.
- Work in an ethical and transparent way and keep your business activity in line with the principles in our Code of Ethics for Suppliers.
